1. Repair and replacement of screen
The screen is made of punched thin steel plate or iron sheet. When the screen is worn or broken down by foregin objects, if the damaged area is not large, it can be repaired by riveting or soldering; if the large area is damaged, a new screen, the burr side of the screen hole should be facing inward and the screen hole should be facing inward and the smooth side facing outward, and the screen and the screen frame should be tigntly fitted. When the ring screen is installed, the stubble in the lap should follow the direction of rotation to prevent the material from jamming at the lap.
2. Bearing lubrication and replacement
The bearing should be cleaning after every 300 hours of operation of the grinder. If the bearing is lubricated by engine oil, it is advisable to fill the gap of the bearing seat by 1/3 when adding new engine oil, and no more than 1/2 at most. Just tighten the cover of the oil cup with a little cover before operation. When the bearing of the crusher is severely worn or damaged, it should be replaced in time, and attention should be paid to strengthen the lubrication; if the tapered roller bearing is used, the axial distance of the bearing should be checked to keep it at 0.2-0.4 mm. If there is discomfort, it can be increased or decreased. Paper pad at the bearing cover to adjust.
3. Replacement of claw and hammer
Among the crushing parts, the crushing claws and hammers are the vulnerable parts of the feed mill, and are also the main components that affect the crushing quality and productivity. The crushing claws and hammers should be replaced in time after they are worn. When replacing the claws of the claw crusher, pull out the disc first. Before pulling out, first open the round nut lock plate on the back of the disc, unscrew the round nut with a hook wrench, and then use the special puller to pull put the disc. In order to ensure the balanced operation of the rotor, attention sould be paid to complete replacement of the teeth when changing gears, and a staric balance test should be performed after the replacement to make the grinder word stably. Be sure to tighten the nut when assembling the tooth and claw, and be careful not to miss the apring waster. Qualified parts should be selected when changing teeth, and the weight difference of a single tooth should not exceed 1.0-1.5 grams.
The hammer blades of the hammer mill are symmetrical. When the tip angle of the hammer blade is blade is blunt, it can be used by adjusting the angle on the reverse side; it one end and two corners are worn, it should be turned around.
When adjusting the angle or turning the head, all the hammers should be carried out at the same time. After the four corners of the hammers are worn, they should be replaced. Note that the weight difference of the each group of hammers should not be greater than 5 grams; spindle, disc, positioning sleeve, pin, hammer after installation, a static balance test should be done to maintain the rotor balance and prevent the unit from vibration. In addition, the pin shaft of the fixed hammer and the round hole of the mounting pin shaft will be gradually ground due to wear and tear, and the round hole will gradually be worn out. When it is 1 mm large, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
