      1. Check, analysis and treatment of motor failure in electric mixer

       2. Analysis and inspection of the gear box in the electric mixer
       The gear box of the electirc mixer equipment has high processing accuracy and good heat treatment. Thoroughly clean the gear box and carefully check the gears, gear shafts and bearings. It was found that the surface of the gear teeth in the electric mixer was smoth, without pitting and intermingling, the gear backlash was normal, and there was no obvious wear on the tooth profile; the radial and axial clearances of the bearing in the electric mixer. There are no pitting spots on the surface of the ring and roller, and the overall quality is good; the axial gap of each shaft in the electric mixer is reasonable, the output shaft of the hand wheel is free to move, there is no jamming phenomenon, and there is no abnormal noise.        3. Inspection of mechanical seal assembly in electirc mixer
       The most prone to failure in the electiec mixer is the mechical seal part. The electirc seal of the electirc mixer often fal due to wear, and water enters the sealed cavity. First, the mechanical seal assembly inside the electric mixer was disassembled. Two sets of mechanial seals including the electric mixer, skeleton oil seal, output shaft, bearing, housing and end cover were cleaned and inspected, and the electirc if there is no problem found in the dimensions of the bearing hosing and the outout shaft in the agitator, it means that the internal mechanical seal part in the electirc agitator is intact, eliminating the possibility of failure of the electirc agitator.
       Due to the pitting of the inner circle of the bearing of the electirc stirrer to form a pear-shaped dot area, it will have a graeter impact on the electirc stirrer when it works. 
       Therefore, when the bearing roller of the electirc agitator passes, the electirc agitator will have abvious stagnaton and sound. This is probably the root cause of the abnormal sound of the electirc mixer. Then at this time, you can touch the screen through the bearing of the mixer in the electirc mixer, so as to fundamentally repair and maintain the electirc mixer.
