Type of mixer

       Our company currently produces the following types of mixing equipment: drum mixers, horizontal single-shaft double-screw mixers, horizontal single-axis paddle mixers, horizontal double-shaft paddle mixers. Which one the customer needs depends on the type of raw materials and the output.
       a) Drum mixer: The mixing uniformity is the same as the horizontal dual-shaft blade mixer, but the output is relatively small, and it is suitable for the use of small batches of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, feed and food additives.
       working principle
       The machine is composed of a support frame, a protective cover, a rotor and a drum mixing bin. The materials and the mixture enter the drum mixing bin from the feed port. The rotor drives the stirring rod to stir. At the same time, all the materials are uninterrupted due to the automatic transmission of the drum mixing bin. Flip, shear and convection diffusion to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.
       b) Horizontal single-shaft double-spiral mixer: This machine has a fast mixing speed and high mixing uniformity, but it has a lower mixing degree than horizontal double-shaft blades, and is suitable for medium and large-scale farms.
working principle
      The material is driven by the spiral stirring shaft to make the material roll quickly. The spiral blade is generally made into two or three layers. The outer spiral gathers the material from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveys the material from both sides of Zhongyang Township. Convective mixing is formed under the action of two forces; the other part of the material is driven by the spiral and moves radially to form a shear mixture.
      c) Horizontal single-shaft paddle mixer
      d) Horizontal twin-shaft paddle mixer: the materials are added from the top, and the bottom cloth is discharged after mixing. This machine is mainly suitable for medium and large-scale breeding plants.
      working principle
      It consists of two rotors rotating in opposite directions. The rotor is composed of a blade shaft and a supporting rod. The motor drives the rotor to run at a certain speed through a cycloid reducer. The rotor is welded with a number of special angle blades. The blades installed on the dual shafts at a certain angle throw the material into the entire space of the machine. The blades carry animal materials, on the one hand counterclockwise along the inner wall of the machine tank, on the other hand, the animal materials are turned left and right, and the two rotors overlap to form weightless In this area, regardless of the shape, size and density of the material, the material can float up and be in a state of instant weightlessness. From then on, the materials are formed in the machine tank to form an all-round continuous cycle, flipped and interleaved, so as to achieve the effect of rapid, soft and uniform mixing.
