Specific Classification of Pellet Machine Conditioner
The conditioner is the main equipment in the conditioning process. Its main function is to perform hydrothermal conditioning on the material before the pellets of the feed pellet machine, so that the material can fully absorb heat, moisture and liquid, so that it can meet or approach the requirements of the pelleting process. At the same time, the material transportation from the feeder to the pellet machine is completed. The main assessment indicators are conditioning time, water and liquid absorption, conditioning temperature, starch gelatinization degree and additional power.

(1) Single-stage paddle-type conditioner The single-stage paddle-type conditioner is currently a very widely used conditioner. The structure of the conditioner is relatively simple, mainly composed of the main shaft, blades, support and transmission mechanism. Composition, the speed of the conditioner's main shaft is generally divided into two levels, lower than 125r/min is called low-speed type, and 125-500r/min is called high-speed type.
(2) Multi-stage paddle-type conditioner Multi-stage paddle-type conditioner is mainly suitable for the production of aquatic feed. The structure of its blade is basically the same as that of ordinary blade conditioner, because the particles of aquatic feed are relatively fine. And the starch content is low, in order to strengthen its conditioning effect, usually a three-stage conditioner combination, in addition to the blade, the main shaft of the blade conditioner is evenly equipped with circular tooth extraction to increase the resistance and strengthen the material forward. Stirring can improve the tempering temperature and quality of tempering. For example, when the output of the ring die feed pellet machine is 3t/h, the diameter of the conditioner is 400-420mm, the configuration power is 37.5kW, the length of the conditioner is 2450-3300mm, the standard type of blades is 52, the conditioner The outside is equipped with a steam jacket for auxiliary heating and heat preservation, and the three-stage quenching and tempering time is 90-120s.
